The difference
A trainer is not a trainer.
Anyone can count reps. Developing an athlete takes measurement, programming, and a staff. At BUILT your athlete is tested on force plates, GPS, and the 1080 sprint system, gets a program built from their own numbers, retests every quarter, and you get a written report every month. That is the difference between working out and developing.

The BUILT Method
Test. Analyze. Program.
Force plate, 1080 sprint, and movement testing before anything is programmed.
Built from your athlete's numbers, delivered semi-private at four athletes to a coach.
Retests every quarter and a written progress report after every retest. You see it move.
Mental performance and nutrition guidance built in. Two to four sessions a week, fixed days, around practice and season.
The guarantee
90-day guarantee, or we train them free.
Measurable improvement on your athlete's tested KPIs in the first 90 days, or we keep working with them until there is. We can make that promise because we measure everything. Your athlete's first quarter is risk-free.
Never yet triggeredQuestions parents ask
What does it cost?
Programs run by 4-week cycles on 3-, 6-, or 12-month plans. We cover exact numbers at your evaluation, after we know what your athlete needs and can talk value honestly, in person.
My kid already lifts at school.
Good. School lifting is volume. BUILT is targeted development: measured, individualized, and retested. The athletes who separate do both.
Who should come to the first meeting?
Your athlete, and both decision-makers if there are two. The plan gets decided in that room.
Does my athlete have to want this?
Yes. It only works when the athlete wants it. That is the first thing we ask.
How many spots are open?
We train semi-private at four athletes to a coach, so we open 8 new Academy spots per semester. Book the evaluation and we will tell you exactly which days and times are open for your athlete.
How does it fit a school week?
Foundation is two sessions a week, Performance three, Elite four, on the same fixed days each week in afternoon and evening blocks. In-season athletes train with adjusted loads; development does not pause for the schedule.
What ages?
Academy is 8th grade and up. Younger athletes start in Youth Group and graduate in.
